First, let me say I am mobility challenged. I purchased this product to help me clean my shower. When I put the brush on the handle and put a slight amount of pressure on the brush (like most people do when using a brush), the "power" bogged down and the brush head came off. I learned that you can only use this by guiding the pole and allowing the brush head to skim over the surface to be cleaned. After I put the brush away - stored in its original box, I noted the box says "scruber" - missing a "b"??? Whoever does the quality control for the packaging should have noticed this before sending these out. OK - I admit I'm picky, but geez, packaging is the consumer's first picture of a company's product. If the packaging is bad, the product is most likely inferior also. I would definitely NOT buy this again, nor recommend it to anyone.

While cleaning my bathroom thoroughly and giving it a deep cleaning it took me almost the whole day to get the job done. Scrub head that attaches to the pole kept popping out of place every 3-4 mins. The item was faulty and just made the job longer. Overall the item is helpful it does save ur back and hands from all the manual scrubbing u would be doing. It reaches in places u definitely can’t.

It's just not working. After 24 hours of charge, it makes a few weak cycles and then stops. I tried it a few times with the same effect. It looks well, durable enough, but probably its engine is too weak.

When using this brush you can’t apply pressure when it sounds like it’s dying and starts spinning slow

Stops working with pressure on it. Doesn’t clean As well as I need it to without the pressure. I’d clean better by hand. Waste of money.

I bought this item due to the enormous positive reviews, unfortunately I’m very disappointed with this purchase. I can’t even be able to attach one of the brush head to the main unit, also it spins around to other area and not controllable to a specific targeted spot, also it automatically turned off several times when used…. Completely rubbish, waste of money, cannot return due to the courier fee ( purchase oversea) is too high. Wonder why so many positive reviews!

The box was not fully sealed and received it torn(thankfully no parts missing) Besides that, best viy I've ever made. Light weight, sturdy, three different shapes that adjust to corners or flat surface..saves me so much time!

I bought this item during Amazon prime week and tried to use it twice, first time I just thought it needed changing but I was wrong. The thing refuse to turn on. I already dispose of the box or I would return the item, I am left using the brush part on my knees cleaning the bathroom. Terrible product
