I like it
I like it. It isn’t an antiperspirant, it’s a deodorant, and it does work. Kind of weird at first because it doesn’t feel like you’re not using anything. There isn’t any smell, powdery residue on me or my clothes, but it’s there and dong it’s job. Only problem I had is that the thing is slick when it’s wet and I dropped it about two weeks after receiving it. The bad part about dropping it is it shattered into a half a dozen pieces with a bunch of little fragments. Not the products fault, but mine, so still five stars. I just reordered myself a replacement because the biggest of the half dozen hunks is hard to use. My advice is to keep a second one on hand, just in case. I’ll keep the biggest fragments to use on my feet, according to something I read (the instructions?) it works well there too.

The one I've been looking for
This is the big deodorant stone that lasts forever. The last one I bought from a different company was much smaller and seemed to dissolve very quickly and get sharp rough edges which hurt to apply. This is the best brand and it stays smooth.

I have been using the stone for over two months now and I am very happy with results
Having never used a deodorant stone I was a little suspicious of how it would work. I have been using the stone for over two months now and I am very happy with results. The stone comes in the handy pouch which is very useful, I just store it back in the pouch after each use. The tiny plastic tray that comes with it does not hold the stone well, but I store it in a drawer anyway so that's not an issue. I read someone else's review about liking this because it is just the stone without a plastic holder, and I tend to agree, this way you can use both sides of the stone. Just a caution, the stone does get slippery especially when wet. I did drop it once and it chipped away a tiny bit on one corner and there are cracks in the stone itself so if you drop it hard, it will break.

Classic and best
Glad to see this deodorant stone available again. Can't find it in any stores and it was unavailable on Amazon until now. I use it twice a week whether I need it or not. Never smell bad.

Not all Thai deodorant stones are created equal, and this one did not work
I've been using Thai deodorant stones for about 10 years, and absolutely love them! They are effective at neutralizing odor (except for June, July and August in Florida), have a small footprint and last a very long time.I purchased this particular stone because I could no longer find the name brand one that I have used for the last 10 years - and the size and comfort of this one is incredible. Unfortunately, that was the only incredible part about it for me. I found out very quickly that it did not neutralize odor.I figured I must need to use it for a longer period of time, so I gave it a full 6 weeks and sang the abc song while using it under my arms. It worked for about 2 hours, but at the end of the day, the pit area in my clothes did not smell good, and neither did I.I cannot in good conscience recommend this particular deodorant stone.

Best deodorant ever
We've been using these deodorant stones for years and they remain the best you can buy. They truly get rid of odor-causing bacteria; we'll never use anything else. My tip: I put the stone in a jar with just enough water to cover it till it melts a bit, maybe an entire day. Then I can put it in a spray bottle and do not have to deal with a messy ball of salt. After that, add some more water and leave it till you need to refill your spray bottle. I also add a little lavender and clary sage essential oils for a pleasant scent and added benefits. Getting a stone and doing this is much cheaper than buying the deodorant spray salt bottles, and you'll get several bottles worth.

I have been trying to incorporate more natural products into my personal care routine. For a while, I had been making my own deodorant using coconut oil, corn starch, and baking soda and that had been working great; however there were also certain challenges that I faced (it would harden when the weather was cold and melt when the weather was hot, it was difficult to transport on trips and the coconut oil would leak out of the jar and all over my luggage, the solid and liquid would separate, etc). Enter the deodorant stone. My mom told me that she used to use these back in the 80s and that I should give it a try. So far I am pretty satisfied. For the most part it keeps me odor-free, the only times I ever notice odor are on the absolute hottest of days and even then it's only a slight bit. It's pretty easy to transport and doesn't count against your gel/liquid limit in airplane luggage (stick deodorant would always take up so much room in those quart sized bags). I am very satisfied and would probably buy again, although that probably won't be for a long time because this thing seems like it's going to last forever.
