Perfect cushion under a new rug. Comfortable and terrific grip keeps the rug in place. The 8’x10’ size was several inches larger than the 8’x10’ rug, and was really easy to cut to size. Other similar products were much more money, so I wasn’t certain what the quality would be once it actually arrived. Could my be happier - great quality & great value.

Top quality rug pad with a nice thickness and non slip backing. I’ve added these under three rugs so far and it adds such a nice cushioned feel. The non slip backing keeps the pad in place even in high traffic areas in our home. Would recommend to others!

This pad works well for my kitchen runner over hardwood floors. No slipping or sliding like some other non skid pads I have bought. Highly recommend and will probably buy more. A good price as rug pads can be expensive.

Even though it's NOT 5 feet long, it's 4" short - I was able to cut from the width since my runner is 2x5 I had a foot extra on the width to cut and piece it. . It's thick so you'll need sharp scissors. But, I love that it's padding and that the rug stays in place. It shouldn't discolor my cheap apartment vinyl flooring either - like the sticky laced product I used before. It's kind of a high price, but it's the best I found for my cheap vinyl floor.

I purchased 3 large Loloi area rugs without the pads because I didn’t think I needed them. I was wrong, the rugs would slip and slide everywhere. Once I purchased 3 pads, the rugs stayed in place and feel nice with the extra cushion. I highly recommend if you’re in doubt.

Item arrived wrinkled/folded, which is odd for a carpet item which should arrive rolled. Because of this, the folds are forever part of the construction and you can feel them very well beneath the carpet which lies atop the item. Provides adequate anti-skid quality but isn’t a plush item. 3/5 stars since it doesn’t provide much in terms of comfort and the incredibly unprofessional packaging method which results in it being forever folded.
