These are better than standard blender bottles for people on the go. The cup isn't as thick as a blender bottle but you don't have to deal with the stupid wire ball which is a serious plus. If your like me and your time is limited then this thing is awesome! I pre mix my pre workout in the cup and put my protein in the attached container and I'm out the door.The only downside is the cups are kind of hard to see your water level through at just a glance but if you hold it up to a light you can see just fine

It doesn’t break up clumps of protein powder fine enough
I don’t like to chew my protein powder. I expected it to break it up a bit better, but oh well. It works fine, for this reason I’m only giving it 4 stars.
