Bend in packaging
Great product, but I wish they did not bend the plastic tools to fit in the box because they become weak in the bend. They were not able to push all the way into the drains while trying to use these on my bathroom sink and tub. Still worked well for the circumstances and the metal tool is worth it.

What would I do without this?
I am in love with this purchase! I just moved in with my boyfriend and his kids, and I gotta say, they shed like dogs. The house we live in has small pipping, and we’ve all been struggling a little bit to keep the showers and sinks from stopping up. I was a little skeptical at first in purchasing this, but it is an excellent tool set for its purpose and price point!Everything was so well thought out. The pack of six basic hair clog removal snakes comes with separate tags, so that you don’t accidentally use the toilet snake in your kitchen sink or have any other nasty mix-ups. They’re also easy to use and they bend so that they can fit inside any kind of drain, even the ones that have the circular holes in them.The claw clog grabbing tool is easy to operate; and it’s thin, flexible, and strong enough to use easily in any situation that needs a more controlled reach. You just insert it into the drain, push the button, and then pull it out. I was worried that it would pull out much, but it’s even been useful for pulling out an earring that fell into my bathroom sink drain!Overall, I am very pleased with this purchase! Our drains have been running a lot smoother now. And it’s so easy to use that even my lazy 15-year-old has no trouble cleaning out the shower. Gotta say this was money well spent 😊!

Worst purchase I’ve made
This product was awful. It needs to be more slender. The stupid thing got caught and broke off in the drain- causing more trouble than they were worth.

Absolutely worth the money!
Wow! I didn’t think this would work as well as it did. My bathroom tub was draining slow and drano wasn’t doing the trick. These popped up on my newsfeed so I thought I’d give it a try. I’m happy I did! My bathtub drains great now. The picture is super gross, but dang that’s a lot of hair!
