It’s kind of hard to tell the color under the glitter. I’m not super well versed in glitter though, so that could be my bad. I noticed if I tried to rub a small amount over a large area, the glitter covers but not the color. You kind of have to pack it all in one spot for the color to show.It does glow in the dark after being exposed to UV light, but only for a few seconds. You need makeup wipes to remove it in my experience.

Making an outdoor display that I wanted to illuminate with a black light. It's a bunch of cutouts dangling down and I needed them to show up in the UV light. Like others have said, the gel color is pretty weak and in my application all you see is the orangish glitter underneath. The "gel" is very stiff and inconsistent from color to color. That said, it does fluoresce nicely and seems to continue to glow for a while when out of the UV light. So despite being a little hard to apply it looks pretty cool. Would I order it again? Already have!

After all that work of getting it applied with intricate artistry, it did not glow in the black light or even show up at all. You could only see it when I left (under regular light) and it did not look that great. Kind of clumpy to apply and even the make up was that way when I received it in its containers. I thought maybe it needed to be that way to work under black light. Very disappointed!

Eh. These colors don’t show up well. Everything just looks sparkly. Very translucent. Texture is very gloopy. Does not apply well. I tried the applicator it came with as well as my finger and a make up brush. Frustrating results. Hard to be precise.

I feel like if the glitter had a thicker base they would be more visible. But I had blacklights everywhere. I deffinantly was shinny but not very glowy
