These work great on my grand daughter's bike. Good fit and she loves them.

The brakes are made of a better product than the original brakes were.

These remedy the reach of smaller hands, moving the lever closer to the bar. My application only required the left lever and it's getting the job done. As others have stated, the plastic is a bit flimsy; there's a fair amount of flex at the joint. That fact should not discourage you from buying, as these are designed for tiny hands and a very low price point.

I got these to replace the stock brake on my kids mongoose legion. They are about an inch closer to the bars so it is easier for my son to use the brakes now. However these are cheap for a reason. The plastic seems fine for now, (we'll see how long they last in the AZ sun) but the aluminum casing the brake cable fits in was not molded properly. I ended up having to drill a hole out of this piece just to running the cable through the handle. After that they do work but I will probably look for something else in the future

I was scared I would throw away my daughter's new bike when she broke the brake handled. This product came to my rescue and I loved the color. Works well on the kid's bike.
