I have ever kind of hair items there is!! This is the easiest one Ive ever used. You just have to figure out how to use it. My son was in talking with me as I was learning to use it and he even helped me to show me what I was doing wrong. Ended up getting him to curl my whole head. He was intruged on how they had deigned it and how it worked.

This product is so easy to use and the curls are gorgeous! It takes a couple times to know which side of the want to put the hair so it curls the best, but it amazing! No more stress on my wrists to curl my hair!! And no face, hand or ear burns anymore!! I have baby fine healthy long hair. I usually set the temperature to the 2nd heat setting and do 2 or 3 beeps depending on how curly I want it. The curls last all day and look beautiful as they fall throughout the day. I love this revolutionary curling iron!!

I'd like to start off by saying I worked in the beauty industry for a few years. I am not a licensed cosmetologist or hairstylist, but I understand more than the average person without the training. Having said that, this works great and I am a little surprised haha. However, if you break it down from a hairstylist prospective, I'd say it isn't as good as a hot tool. It doesn't go very close to the root. So your waves will be straight until a couple inches from the scalp. I don't know how I feel about it. The curling iron can get closer which looks much better to me. But if you are someone who isn't trained or who hates using the curling iron potentially burning your fingertips....this is a great too for you! I was afraid it would tangle my hair or burn it. But it has a timer for about 30 seconds, it will twist. After 30 seconds it beeps and stops twisting. There are several heat settings. And two direction buttons. Not a bad device! I have only tried it a couple times. So I think I will use it a few more times before I decide if I am returning. I was able to have beach waves in about 30 minutes. Which isn't bad since I have A LOT of hair. Give it a try!

I got this based styling tool on a recommendation from a friend. I didn't like it very much. There was a bit of a learning curve. My biggest complaint is that all the buttons are in line & I kept turning it off. Hence why I gave it a 1 star for temp control. One of those time sit turned off, my hair got stuck. It's also a bit cumbersome. I can do the same curling with a curling iron so I'll be returning this tool.

Huge learning curve! Tangled my hair & even pulled out one of my hair extensions right out of my head! I got burnt a couple of times! The buttons r in such a weird place/ position, it's almost impossible to work it without pushing the wrong button. I just kept hitting the off button. Awkward to use also bec of the left or right turn of the iron. Cannot see to push correctly! All I ended up was a messed up tangles mess! I am completely freaked out what it did to my extentions! Can u imagine on real hair? U would be bald! Skip this & get another kind of automatic spinner curler! Soo disappointed!
