He came nice, no paint marks, came with all the pieces. He is pretty stiff, but once you move around his limbs a bit more, it’s fairly easy to pose him and he ties my figure collection together!! :)

When I got this the figure was sticky like some tape adhesive had gotten on it and one of the legs wasn't attached. It took me forever to get the leg to snap back on. I was thinking I'd have to return it for awhile. I was able to clean off whatever residue was making it sticky as well so all is well that ends well I'm just uncertain why a new figure would be in that condition. It came with all the little hands, face plates, and accessories it should have otherwise. I've bought Nendoroids in better condition off Amazon before though.
