MerckensCoating Wafers Melting Wafers Yellow 2 pounds

I bought these for dipping shortbread cookies in and they were amazing; the chocolate hardens to a really nice hard shell that is matte but with a very faint sheen to it and it also doesn’t show off fingerprints easily. The bag provided much more than I needed for my shortbread so I wound up eating some of it straight, it was good for eating even just by itself! Kind of dangerous… dangerously delicious ;)

Worked great for melting for a mold. Tasted wonderful.

The chocolate was excellent and packed well with ice packs and great interior packaging. Loved the thank you sticker on the box, and my daughter snagged the sticker included with the invoice. A++++ I was really nervous ordering in August. Thank You! Just placed another order.

I have a small business making chocolates. I ALWAYS use Merckens, PERIOD. My supplier (I order 50# or more usually) was running behind, and I had an order that needed to be done. So I used Prime to get some Merckens chocolate delivered quickly. It ended up coming the same day as my 50# from my supplier, so I put this chocolate aside to use my usual. I figured it was sealed, so I'd wait until I ran out of my big box, then use it. I really regret this. I used it yesterday and it clearly is NOT Merckens. The wafers looked a little duller than what I was used to, but they seemed to be ok. When I melted it, it was a different story. It was not smooth and glossy like Merckens, and did NOT temper as hard and shiny. I'm really disappointed, more so that I didn't try it right away so I could return it. This bag is going in the trash, as it is not a good enough quality to sell in my business. I have been using Merckens for over 30 years, and this is NOT Merckens quality. Very disappointed.

rated 4 stars just bc it turned out not to be my favorite taste of chocolate but did the job for my little fondue machine. if i preferred the taste i would def repurchase based on how much it includes - (that is specifically for the fondue machine i have, second photo) i purchased along with the fondue machine as amazon recommended that many people buy it together.. i can always substitute for a different chocolate. i do like the size of the chips, great for convenient portioning as you can keep adding when the chocolate gets low.any how, it also includes the press together zip lock type resealable feature for the bag so that’s a plus.

Great job of packing with ice and special packaging. Was told it could be possible it might melt because of hot weather. It didn't and I am very happy with this product for the taste and candy making use. Will order from them again. They earned the 5 stars.

OMGOSH I order discs from another company and they arrived melted and when your orange discs arrived I was in SHOCK....PERFECT CONDITION, INSULTED from the heat and made me SMILE.....THANK YOU FOR CARING ON HOW YOUR PRODUCT IS RECEIVED.
