I guess I got a wonderful batch because it's nothing like the bad reviews some claim were watered down. In fact they were so potent and so soft on my skin. The real deal. Anyways it comes in a nice case this is well worth the money the only thing is, is I think I received two of the same kind of the frankincense one was marked patchouli but it smells like frankincense no big deal at all. I really love that they tell you where these came from and their use. My package was supposed to arrive on the 18th but it came on the 9th much earlier than expected. I have a lot of experience with oils and the oil I received were 100% oil they were not mixed with any carrier and they were not diluted . They were 100% authentic . Like all oil is supposed to be they were all clear in color . I had an excellent experience with this purchase. ❤💛💙

UPDATED REVIEW:Some if the oils flow out of the bottles very, very quickly, which makes me wonder about the quality. While I am still satisfied with the scents and the fact that I can smell the oils all around my home when I diffuse them, I simply can't help but wonder if maybe, just maybe, they're a bit diluted. I'd still order again, though, because they smell great and customer service is beyond awesome.ORIGINAL REVIEW:When I received the package, everything was wrapped very nicely. I love that each bottle was individually shrink wrapped! They were placed in the EVA case (which is nice & sturdy), which ensured that the bottles wouldn't be damaged during transport, and I think that's a great idea! I absolutely love the bottle design, especially the way the names of the scents are decorated.A lot of the scents are true to their name. They are also strong, but smooth. A few of the scents made me scratch my head. Maybe those came from a bad batch. I contacted the company and they responded almost immediately. They rectified the issue with zero problems. I will definitely try more of their products because I enjoy the scents and customer service this great is hard to come by. Thanks!

First the positive: the bottles were full and well sealed. A few fuller than others, but full nonetheless. Some oils smell better than the same flavors I already own. The box is nice, with a magnetic enclosure,, but larger than necessary.Now the cons: I received the package tonight and even though they were sealed well and full, a couple had oil on the bottles. I can only assume it was during production not packaging. Also, I am missing an empty bottle where two should have been included. The plastic seal of the box was not in place, but not really a product issue, more of a quite control issue.

I have used essential oils for several years and know that the prices vary primarily depending on the distributor and product quality. I made this purchase to sort of restock my oils collection, but the case was what helped seal the deal. The strength in the odor of these oils are a bit less intense than some of the other major brands on the market. I also noticed that some of the labels in my collection were misprinted so I'm a little suspect of product origins when I see those kinds of failures. The argon bottle was labeled “argo," and the ylang-ylang (common spelling) bottle was labeled "ylang-lang." Overall, I think this is an especially great product for those who may want to gift a novice user with therapeutic oils.

Impressed. Good product and customer service was good addressing issue.Product looked great initially. Then I opened the Eucalyptus, it was empty. Completely empty. Tea Tree and Lemon Grass were partially used. Everything else looked fine. Case is nice but it is disturbing to receive what appears to be a used product. Sent message to seller who responded and fixed the issue.Probably more of a 4+. Would be a 5 if not for fixed issue.

The oils smelled authentic. But the only problem was some of them spilled over. Not to badly but would have love the main 2 scents I needed to be full for my projects.. but still good tho

These are amazing! I looked at other sets but there were concerns about oils arriving broken in the bottles or leaking. Some of the sets just didn't have all the oils that I was looking for. If any of these concerns are yours as well then this set is for you. The oils were packed into foam cutouts inside of a hard shell case and inside of another box. I did notice a hint of tea tree when I opened the cellophane but that's to be expected with any product that contains tea tree because it is so strong. Once I open the box I noticed that none of the bottles were compromised. Also, each bottle was individually shrink-wrapped. I'm very happy with this product and I would purchase it again.
