So I heard so much about this product on TikTok and liked the idea of feeling and looking young so gave it a go and feel more energetic would highly recommend it.

I have tried sublingual NMN from two other brands, bought this due to price being better.It clumps under the tongue, turns gooey and does not dissolve as well as other brands i have tried.I am not sure why it is like this but i'm definitely not buying it again. In addition to this, the scoop that comes with it is very small compared to other brands, so its very doubtful to be 500mg as promoted so people need to be aware they don't take a smaller dose.

Not sure if it’s doing anything yet!! But I think it’s the sort of thing you got to take over a year to see the effects maybe less.Easy to take, tastes ok, I put it drinks and take it raw and No!! gut problems.

You can also mix it in with water, but sublingually is better as the body absorbs it straight away via the large blood vessels under the tongue, and it bypasses the digestive tract.There are a lot of NMN options out there these days, but this is definitely up there with the best.
