I have used these for 6 nights. The pads are still extremely black, so either I was full of toxins, or the whole thing is a hoax. I think I sleep better. They do stay on my feet all night, like the sticky part that keeps the detoxer in place. It does not hurt when I take it off. Does leave a sticky residue on my feet when I take it off, but easy to clean off with a little water.

They only worked on one foot for me and that one worked well. Did not work on both feet at the same time. Also did not work on either feet at times. That said I had friends who revommended them and they did great for them.

I think these are a scam. I used them for 10 days in a row just like the instructions show, but nothing happens. Sure, the little tea bag things turn black but that doesn't mean anything. They turn black on their own regardless of whether or not they are "drawing out toxins." I think this is another one of those crunch mom scams. I didn't notice one bit of a difference.

This product seems to be working, I wake up each day with the pads as black as night....so I guess I am detoxing my body. The one thing that is a bit annoying is the sticky pad ration to the detox pad.....each package had an off amount and although after three packages it evened up....it is still a bit disconerting. But....they work....so far
