I work in a prison, high stress, up at 4am and not getting home until 830pm. My off days I do Olympic lifting, strength training and crossfit. So I'm on a shift schedule. Sometimes working up to 50 to 72 hours a week depending on my schedule. Too soon to say if he notices any skin, etc benefits.Original: I got these for my husband because he takes sleep supplements regularly. Melatonin helps get him to sleep, and the other natural formulas often help him sleep better. I was particularly interested in this formula because it also contains collagen and hyaluronic acid. I discovered collagen this year and noticed improvements right away. I've been inviting my husband to give it a try too, but he hasn't yet. I thought I could get him to try these and see if he notices any rapid effects too. It's hardly being sneaky though because you have to take 4 capsules - versus the usual 1-2 for sleep alone. Since it is so many capsules, I don't think we'll buy this again even if he does notice a difference just because he might as well take a more complete supplement at a higher dosage like I do. I also don't think this would be saving us any money if we did (currently $14.99/1 mo). However, I'm confident this supplement will serve us well. If my husband doesn't want to take 4 capsules, I'll use them.

I started having trouble falling asleep and staying asleep! I thought I’d try these capsules and surprisingly they work! I sleep like a baby!

After taking for a couple weeks, I cannot tell any improvement in my sleep. This does not help me get to sleep nor help me stay asleep. In fact, I think it may cause me to wake up in the middle of the night and not be able to get back to sleep. Maybe it has other health benefits which I am unaware of, but sleep is not one of them.

No taste, which I liked but didn't work on me.

Excelent product. I bought these capsules because I took melatonin on a daily basis. But I can gladly say that the collagen that contains works wonders! I didn't expected this, but my eyebrows started growing and my hair too! It works wonders on my skin also. Highly recommended.
