I prdered these lights based upon the reviews and price point. I promptly installed them in our two car garage. The lights are powerful and the housings are well made. They are also surprisingly lightweight.The lights have created one huge problem. Now that I can see the chaos and dilapidated state of my garage, I am in the middle of major garge renovation project including painting and reorganization.I HATE these darn lights!

After some research, decent reviews by others and the 5 year warranty I purchased four six packs of these lights (24 in total) from Sunco. With less than 2 hours run time and turned on and off less than 10 times, two of the lights failed. These were installed as directed, 15 amp, no more than four lights linked (mine are actually two lights per outlet). Point being they were properly installed. These lights were 15' high so it was a real inconvenience after such a short period of time to have to take them down. Upon contacting Sunco via email since no one ever answers the phone I learned that Amazon return was only good for 30 days so I would have to work with Sunco for a refund or replacement. Here is where it gets unreasonable and I caution all other buyers. Sunco informed me that I would have to return the failed lights. After considerable push back via multiple emails and continued phone calls based on the limited usage, Sunco agreed to send me a return shipping label. While at the shipping store I inquired as to what it would have cost me to ship two lights. The answer was $38. I asked how much to ship one light and the answer was not much less as they are over 47". So based on the price per light you will actually spend more money shipping these back then what you originally paid. To make matters even worse upon receiving my failed lights back I was informed by Sunco that they had no replacements in stock and it could be at least 6 weeks. Yeah no thanks. I requested a refund and will stock pile and ship back in bulk any more failed lights. Needless to say very disappointed and the company seems a little sketchy. Buyer beware. If your lights fail and even under warranty, your best bet financially may be to simply toss them in the trash.Update 6/19/2018: I now have a third light out after only a few more hours of run time.Update 2/10/2019: I now have a fourth light out. Longevity definitely a concern. Again not worth claiming under warranty due to return shipping requirement but no return shipping label provided. I contacted Sunco and they still require returning faulty light. This pretty much renders the warranty useless. If you purchase these cheaply made and poor quality lights do so knowing they are throw away should they fail as the warranty isn't worth it. Most likely why they do it that way as they never really have to pay out or make good on it since people won't spend the money it costs to return the faulty light.Update 6/9/2019: I ordered additional lights to replace lights from my original order that have failed in less than a year. In case any one is wondering why I bought more if they so are so bad, I am accumulating enough until I have 6 bad lights and will then return in bulk to save on shipping. Packaging, quality and the required expensive return policy continue to be an issue with these lights. My recent order had two lights with broken pull chains that I repaired and two were missing the hanging chains but fortunately for me these are replacing defective lights which are already hung.

I ordered the 6 pack for my 30x46 pole barn. It has a 10' open ceiling. I evenly spaced out the lights on either side of center and plugged into 3 outlets I had installed, controlled by a 3-way switch(s). They work great! Lots of light and no annoying "buzz". The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars was because the directions are terrible. The chains and wires they give you to hang the lights are fine, but the pictured instructions make no sense at all. I'll try to add photo's at a later date. Overall, though, great product. Hopefully they will stand the test of time.

I put 8 of these in my garage that I'm setting up as a woodshop. Really easy to put up and my shop is bright as a sunny day. Just be sure they are mounted close enough together to be able to daisy-chain them. I have all 8 on one, 15 amp circuit. I installed an outlet in the ceiling and wired it to an existing wall switch so I didn't have to run an extension cord down the wall and/or turn them on using the chain-switch. I can turn them all on at once or keep some of them turned off when I don't need all the light for doing woodworking. I screwed them directly into ceiling joists/trusses and if I wasn't too heavy handed with the impact driver, the metal casing didn't distort noticeably. Didn't use any of the cables or chains that came with the fixtures. I will have to add a bit of string to the chain-switches since they're too short to reach from the ground when mounted directly to a 9' ceiling.

Buy these things and throw those old cheap ass florescent strip lights you have away (better yet recycle the metal at the scrapper). Wow what a difference. Bright and on instantly, even during 5 degree weather. Put a couple in my dairy building after getting tired of fighting my old florescent's. I'll be putting these up every time I have a problem with an old fixture. What the hell I was waiting for I do not have a clue! Those old fixtures are not worth my time or yours. Send me a beer and be happy I told you to get these!

I purchased the 6 pack. Remodel of my garage into an arcade room for my kids. The lights are bright. But they flicker. Like a super fast strobe light. It gets really annoying- I started noticing it around 2 weeks after I hung them up. It would come and go.Flickering would like about 30 seconds and stop. 5 minutes later flickering again.But as time went on, the flickering is got longer and longer. To the point where the flickering last about 7-8 minutes- stops and 5 minutes later starts again for 7-8 minutes.1 light is perfect. No flickering. But 5 of the lights flicker. 3 are plugged into one and other and same with3 others. It’s not my electrical. Whole garage was rewired. I’m very upset and would not recommend for anyone to purchase. Like I said. They light up very well. Looked good for about 2 weeks then started flickering more and more. I get a headache if I stay in there too long.Gotten to a point where I took 3 down and replaced with a different brand. No flickering. It’s been about 1 month. I will end up changing all out.

For the price, you get a lot of fixtures and they produce a lot of light. Unfortunately, the light it puts out is very streaky and not even in color at all. I am remodeling my garage into a work space and the alternating color streaks really messes with my eyes. You can see the streaking in the pictures, but what it doesnt show well is the alternating white and yellow streaks. If you hold a white piece of paper under the light it is very apparent. Wish I would have noticed this before getting them all mounted and wired up...

I studied your product pretty closely or so I thought. I didn't realize until had it out of the package that Integrated meant that I could not change the tubes. If one fails, I have to replace the fixture. It was listed as having a frosted lens cover but it has no cover at all. The ad stated that it could be surface or suspended mount. The installation instruction say that it is not designed for surface mount. I had to call the factory rep to find out that it must be installed with an air gap between the fixture and the ceiling. It didn't arrive within the guaranteed time either. All in all I don't feel very satisfied with the product or the way it was represented.

I receive an other product different than what I ordered. Very cheap small tubes 20w and only 2200 lumens instead of 4500 lumens. I'm disappointed for the price that I paid for, besides they do not light up enough. Maybe they could be good enough for a walk-in or small room, not for my garage for sure!

I received one light that was a previous repair or something, it wasn't new that's for sure. It didn't bother me and the seller was great in refunding me a portion of the sale price. Very bright light for the wattage and nice crisp light. At this price point its a steal. Work great and are 100% brightness instantly.

Received one light. This is advertised as a six package. Returning.

I've only had these for a few weeks but they are unbelievably bright. Very easy to install. Plug and play, they plug into each other. I set up 6 in my 20x24 garage, which was apparently overkill.But couldn't be happier. So bright, light weight, easy install.
