This is the third time I've bought this product, second time on Amazon. OK...so remember buying a bag of chips (because most of us don't eat chips anymore) and it was 1/4 air? Well, this container is one half empty. That wasn't a problem because we know there are 30 servings, hopefully. WHEN YOU GET TO THE BOTTOM, the only way I can describe it is getting Pooh getting his paw stuck in the honey jar, or wait...to go back to chips, Pringles! I am fisting the container to get the last week of scoops. You need a little hand to sort this out. Yes, I've tried to tilt it to the side, still kind of annoying. This week, I've actually cut my knuckle on the edge. Not good. I will most likely have to empty it into another container to avoid frustration, but I had to tell people who would understand, the seller and the buyer. I will say the product is solid. I just don't get how scientists of nutrition can't get a square isn't fitting into a circle!

I bought my 2nd tub of this product, and the taste changed dramatically, and now it’s too sweet. I don’t know what happened, but if this product completely changed it’s formula, I may think twice on buying this product in the future. While this product does work in post-workout recovery, my extremely sore muscles does subside. I bought 2 tubs of this product, I might return one.

Good products - best when mixed with cold water.

Some of the best aminos in the market for recovery after your workout. Been using them for years NF has great products, were fans.

The taste sucks. It makes me feel like puking. But the ingredients are healthy for you. Your body, your money your choice.

It's not sugary-sweet like other BCAAs so look elsewhere if that's your thing. I do like the fact that it's naturally flavored.
