LifeSeasons Beau-T Hair, Skin, & Nails is one of those unsung heroic formulas that does SO MUCH GOOD. I was originally introduced to it 5 years ago when I broke my arm, and I thought it would help with all the tissue mending I needed (4 surgeries = a lot of tissue mending). Not only did my arm heal well, but my hair was growing in thicker (not so fine and brittle), and my nails were stronger than ever. I noticed the difference in my nails in just a few weeks! Since then, I have been ordering it directly from LifeSeasons, but they're out of it right now, so I ordered from Amazon, and it just arrived! Hooray! I really notice a different when I don't take it. It's no ordinary hair, skin, and nails formula!

Since going through menopause my hairs all over my body grows very slowly. For instance it takes 3-4 months for me to shave under my arms, eyebrows, and other areas. Since taking these vitamins, I have to shave once a month. My hair on my head is growing greatly, even though I have been taking care of my hair I do believe these vitamins attribute to the growth. Great product.

Besides being beneficial for your hair and nails, I found it has other ingredients that made it unnecessary for me to purchase separately, i.e., zinc, selenium, and chromium. Therefore, this product saved me $$$ as well!
