Son loved them
Ultimately you're paying for printed cardstock, balloon ribbon, straws, glue dots and chemical coated balloons equal to Caustic's gas trapsHowever, being the only Apex decorations I could find online, they sure did make my son's day. Fast shipping and delivery as well. For that, they get 4 stars.

Worked great for a kids party
Worked great for my son's party, though I didn't string up the banner, I just taped the pieces to make "happy birthday" on the wall. The only downside is the balloons had an awful chemical smell. I blew them up with my mouth, but you should definitely use a pump instead.

Color and details are as pictured
Grandson requested this theme for Birthday... so I ordered this product.. colors and details as pictured. But it is just as all other parties decoration, same quality, stiff paper and toothpicks and balloons.. don't think quality equals the price...

Everything was to good except the banner I had to improve and work with what I had I didn't have the complete letters to happy birthday 🙃 don't know if it was just my batch but just to keep in mind
