Yes - really, pleased.Snug fit and are comfortable and they look good. Excellent.Yes, there is a slip-on technique but the quality of the product makes me think it will last.Strong grip and good value in the black Friday deal.

These boots are expensive but are comfortable and fit well. I have wide feet size 9 so bought size 10. They are lightweight yet feel strong and waterproof. Only downside is they are very difficult to put on due to the elasticated sock sown into the boot. They are getting easier the more I use them but still not great.

Great quality as expected and comfy, however I think for someone with a size 9 should probably go for 8.5 as they are slightly bigger. I guess it depends if you have a narrow/wide foot. For narrow foot, probably best to go for a smaller size 8.5

I've worn berghaus (amongst other brands) for all sort of outdoor activities from mountaineering and hiking in the UK, Finland in winter to the Mediterranean in summer, for leisure and as part of the military and search and rescue communities and i've never had as much as a blister.Berghaus are an excellent mid to high end outdoor brand that have been holding their own for generations; on this occasion though the product fell drastically short of their normally solid quality.- Putting the foot into the boot with the not so stretchy gaiter is difficult (i would imagine near impossible for anyone with mobility issues especially to the hands) - not a boot if you have a disability- Laces cut into the upper foot / bridge which would normally be protected by a sturdy tongue- The gaiter increases heat in the foot and sweating- Even new i can already see stress on the seal between the soft fabric and toe roll, which wont last long especially if you encounter a boulder or two. (you can actually see this in the images)- Annoyingly they are a very low profile and attractive boot which first stirred my interest plus the inclusion of a vibram sole (although not the best design for anything more than a hill walk)

I will mostly be using these for hiking, dog walking and potentially work. I’ve only just got them but I have to say they are, so far, really comfortable and well made as you’d expect for the price. Personally I think they are overpriced.I read about the sock liner on other reviews but it’s not as bad as some make out. I had no problem especially using the front and back loops as shown in my images. They help you pull your foot in. Best to measure your feet properly before splashing out because if you order too small you will probably struggle to get your foot in.I will update at a later time to see if they are durable and waterproof.So far, apart from the price, all is good. 4/5.

Im not sure whether its sweat coz the shoes are warm to wear or from rainfall but the shoes got me worried of having wet toes.. Ive wore them a few times and need more time to assess them in the rain if Im being paranoid coz they're expensive for claiming to being "waterproof".They are challenging to put on but definitely not difficult.. Warm to wear with thin socks and very warm with thicker socks. No more cold shoes to wear on my way out. Wearing them all day doesn't tire my feet..
