I am always very dubious about buying supplements but WOW these are something else.I feel more “human” and have better mental function and cognitive ability whenever I take these and just feel on top of the world. My mood feels more stabilised and I certainly do not have any of the usual brain fog that I am susceptible to first thing in the mornings.Whilst these are on the more expensive side I can clearly understand why, will certainly repurchase.

Good supplement for the brain, help me focus at work to keep the attention levels high although a bit pricy, easy to swallow with a glass of water, no flavor

When I started taking these tablets my brain fog was quite bad. Forgetting things and just generally not focused alot. But taking these my much more focused and find im more alert with my day to day life.

The capsules are empty and the powder is spilled all over.

They taste pretty neutral, easy enough to swallow.I wouldn't read too into the cognitive enhancer stuff, choline is useful for keeping your head clearer later in the day when you should be crashing and they help with headaches people get if they are prescribed modafinil.

Alpha GPC came with empty capsules and some were damaged. Some of the capsules also had dust/particles inside of it, due to this I cannot trust to consume it and will be returning.
