Beautiful backback
I was so nervous of the quality because of some of the other reviews but mines was perfect it included everything including extra key chains for use , the fabric was nice and sturdy and my 10 year old daughter loved it

Adorable, but cheap - lasted 3 months
The backpack zipper was the first thing to break. Then seams started unravelleing. Then the fabric tore. This is not the backpack to get if you have a kid in elementary or middle school. It cannot hold up to daily use.Daughter (12) was devastated - she loves the look and style, but it's very poor quality.

Adorable aesthetic! The keychains and pins that it comes with are supper cute too! Plus I was still able to add my personal collection of pins and do-dads to decorate with.The backpack was surprisingly spacious and the smaller bags are great for staying organized! Though, the ends of the straps did fray a bit. But that was easily remedied with a quick trip through my sewing machine.Overall, it's a great starter if you are just getting into itta bags for a decent price.

Missing Pendent accessories
I ordered two for my nieces. One came with the pendent accessories, the other did not. I thoroughly searched all the pockets. Quality is not what I expected. The bag with all the pendents is very cute. The other is just ok.
