My wife and I purchased this 16-foot trampoline soon after moving into our new home in the country. I am not one to impulse buy and so had researched extensively prior to making the decision. The trampoline is heavy duty and didn’t disappoint. The durability, quality control, and overall fit & finish are absolutely top notch. Sadly, the day we got it was late in the afternoon, and after setting it up (mostly…I’ll get to that…), it quickly got dark and we decided to turn in and finish in the morning. That is, before I set the ground stakes. That night the wind picked up like crazy and well…you guessed it…we looked out the window first thing in the morning and the trampoline was gone. That shocked me because this thing is HEAVY and I hardly even noticed a breeze the night before. As an aside, for your reference, the wind was so strong it also blew trees over and all of our porch furniture was long gone. We found our “new” tramp almost a mile away in a tangled ball of mess. Thankfully it didn’t hurt anyone or any property as we are in a very rural area. After collecting the pieces and taking inventory we reached out to the company’s customer service. To our surprise and delight, they responded quickly and didn’t place blame or call out my blunder of not placing the wind stakes (although I did tell outright them that in the email), but instead graciously agreed to re-send the parts I told them needed replacing - either from being bent beyond repair, or from breaking in half completely. As a side note, there really wasn’t as much damage as I would have expected and there were only a handful of bars that actually needed to be replaced. I think that speaks to the quality stainless steel construction and materials used in this product.Our trampoline is back up again - with the original mat I may add since it was not torn - and we are all smiles now. I am writing this email completely out of my own gratitude and the excellent impression the company made on us. They never asked me to, and quite honestly, I NEVER leave comments from purchases. This one was just too good to not say something. I highly recommend the product, as well as the company if you are in the market for a quality trampoline! Cheers.

The best trampoline!!!Most awesome trampoline ever!!! Made with full 18/8 stainless steel, you can see the quality in this product. My neighbors and multiple members of my family have other brands and they simply aren't as good. Item came in 3 separate boxes. Very sturdy and fairly easy to put together. Hardest part about assembly was pushing the rods up through the netting sleeves while keeping the foam pads in place. My brother and I put it all together in maybe just over an hour. My family has already enjoyed it immensely!

It was easy to assemble. Helps with the swelling in my legs a bit & if you have lymphedema you know every little bit is good. I was afraid it would increase my knee & back pain but it doesn't at all. So it's better than walking on the sidewalk.

The media could not be loaded.  This trampoline worth every single pennies. I let go of my previous trampoline because it started to shift and did not stand up well. I think aluminum was the biggest issue when it comes to heavy play construction toys. I love the steel trampoline better because it holds up really well and I don't have to worry about rusts. It came in 3 separate boxes and each weighted probably more than 70lb. So if you purchase this set, wait until all the boxes came and do the assembly. Also, might need a dolly to bring them to the back yard. You might need another hand because these are longer boxes and heavy. My friend helped me bringing them back but i've done the assembly myself which is not recommended. I've done this before so i know a few tricks to get it done without any hassle. These components just fit perfectly and I did not have any issues with them. It took me the whole day though. The longest task was to attach those safety poles and their covers. The rest was easy!!!! My kids were super happy with this set more because it's bouncy and they can jump higher. It's more flexible and more safe. I even use it to play with them. It's a whole different experience with this one because it's very bouncy and I use less energy. I'm very happy with the purchase and highly recommended for anyone who's looking to buy a perfect trampoline for their kids!!!!
