This replaces a cast iron press that was very difficult to clean. Very functional and works well.

Made smash burgers the day after it arrived. I’m super happy with this tool.

I use this as a food press for everything except smashing hamburgers although I’m sure it does an excellent job at that too. It fits perfectly in a 12" sauté pan. I like to fillet chicken breasts and weigh them down with this press. Since the press covers most of the pan’s surface area, it keeps moisture in the pan and keeps chicken from getting too dry while maximizing browning. I bought this press for its size and weight which is bigger and heavier than most presses available to purchase. Its smooth, simple, clean design is perfect. Stainless steel requires no maintenance. Well engineered and constructed. Totally satisfied.

This is absolutely the best burger press I've found. Stainless steel construction and heavy, at over 3 pounds. The disc is 3/16" thick, the handle supports are secured to the base by welds that are nearly invisible. The wood handle is configured so it is positioned both inside and above the supports. Good looking and superbly well made, it seems almost indestructable.

Exactly as described. Perfect weight for burgers, steak, shrimp and calamari. Excellent quality and easy to clean.

It has enough weight to keep bacon flat or make smash burgers. The handle is good and only gets warm and not hot when using for cooking.It has a few small pits that I am monitoring to see if they start rusting through. It’s supposed to be stainless, but Chinese definitions of stainless appear to be different than my definition of stainless. A follow up review to be made in a couple of months. Stay tuned!

Just what I needed

It’s thing is great! So heavy and heirloom quality tool. I wanted one that could be used for smash tacos and the 8 inch was perfect for a soft taco size tortilla. It is a little big for smash burgers, but works if you have room on the griddle to space them out. I wish this company made an identical 6 inch version cause I would buy it. I see they made one in the past, but it doesn’t look nearly as nice as this one.

Ilprodotto è ottimo, ben fatto, perfettamente corrispondente alle immagini pubblicate. Lo utilizzo quasi quotidianamente e fa esattamette ciò per cui è stato fatto. Lo metto anche in lavastoviglie e per ora è intatto.
