I was a little worried at first because all of the reviews I saw were marked as "review of a free product" which sounds like bs to me. I took a chance on it though, so here's my review from an actual human!First, it was very fluffy and soft! It looked pretty flat when I first opened the vacuum pack but it fluffed out nicely within an hour or two. Second, there was a very slight 'factory made' scent but honestly it was very minimal so that didn't bother me.I highly recommend putting a normal pillowcase on it, it fit just fine into a standard size pillowcase that I just already had.Finally, the comfort. Everyone's neck pain is going to be different, but this actually worked well for me! There are two sides you can try, one with a higher lift under the neck and one with a lower lift. The lower lift felt better to me.The memory foam is comfy. It didn't get too hot, but that might also be because of the pillowcase which is why I recommend using one. Overall, I think it's worth a shot for the price.

Great pillow love it I have ordered 2 of them only thing that really bothered me is I ordered 2 with the grey round pillow and only got 1 with the grey pillow the other one is white I do love them just really wish both was the same is all looks better that way

I have bought many neck support pillows over the years. This one is just ok. The neck bolster does have the option to come off as it is only attached with velcro. I kept mine on as the neck support is what I was looking for. The bolster is too soft and not sturdy enough for good support. Not the worst pillow I've ever owned, but not the best.

The idea of the pillow is great but this one doesn’t give support. When you lay your head the foam is soft. I don’t feel it gives enough support. I was too busy to return it during the holiday season.

At first I wasn't sure if it was for me but I'm glad I broke it in. It's now my fav pillow. Also is great on the couch for lower back support, that softened it up for me and now I use in bed and on the couch. Love it!

I would say it’s a okay pillow at first I thought it was helping until all of a sudden I started waking up in all different times in the middle of the night and that is rare for me because once I’m asleep, I’m asleep so it was very confusing and interesting to me. It’s comfortable for a while. It’s super stiff it’s not really soft. I can’t say it’s not recommended because everyone is different and it’s also not a bad pillow it’s just not for me.

Since I've started using this pillow within a few days neck and shoulder pains are almost gone. Sleep the night though without waking up every few hours.

I bought this because I liked the idea of being able to change the height. It also works well with my headgear where the air goes through the frame, it doesn’t cut the air completely off especially since I am a side sleeper. I was getting numbness in only one arm and this helped with that also.

Cervix pillow doesn't work at all, it gets squished immediately.The main pillow might be OK if you don't suffer from migranes and sleeping neck issues but does nothing for waking up with a crook neck due to bad pillows.
