The product arrived in less than 24 hours from purchase which was amazing and I've felt great ever since starting to take them. Would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of buying and in need of blood sugar control help.

I really have mixed feelings about this product: as a type 2 diabetic I want something to help balance my sugar levels and as a vegetarian (almost vegan) I want something that fits in with my dietary requirements.The ingredients are good - cider vinegar and fenugreek are both things that are touted to help balance sugar levels - however I would prefer to take them naturally rather than in a capsule. The benefit, however, is that you are taking a measured dose and so know that the daily intake is constant.Of course, this is a product that needs to be taken as a part of a regime to deal with diabetes - low carbs, high exercise, to put it in a simplistic way.The capsules are fairly easy to swallow - I prefer taking them with food as it makes them pass down in an easier manner. If not with food, then I recommend a tall glass of water to wash them down.I really feel that these are expensive and so it remains to be seen whether a longer-term effect can be shown. If it really helps regulate sugar levels then I would feel more comfortable taking this product, even if for a short-term whilst training the appetite. On paper it is a good product and I will have to update this review once the first month is finished but so far it seems to be working.

I am always struggling with my sugar levels dropping low and I get quite shaky a lot. I have tried these for the past few days and I am definitely levelling out. I do think they are going to help me. There is no aftertaste to them and they are small enough to be able to swallow easily. I think the price is a bit high but other than that they get my vote!

60 tablets in a sealed packtook for 2 weeks at time of review,blood sugars were only on average 0.5 to 1.4 mmol lower than previous weeks. so minor improvementi suppose every little helps.no nasty side effects.on the fence if i will keep using them as a diabetic or not.50/50 recomendation

I hope that this supplement helps me balance my insulin levels.After every meal I feel absolutely tired and sluggish and don't want to do much.If this supplement helps me balance this out, I'll be very happy.I'll update this review after a few weeks and let you know how it went 🙂

I got these for my mum to try who is borderline diabetic and concerned about her blood sugar levels.The pills come in a nice zip lock bag to preserve them, no distinct taste or odour and easy to take. Cant comment on the medical value of these and its best to consult with your GP before taking any new supplements.
