Bought and personalized for husband's graduation.. it shipped very quickly and engraving was beautiful. Watch is a bit smaller than typical pocket watches but it's very nice quality.

I really love the watch. When it arrived it didn't work. I called Amazon and they gave me the number for the seller. I called them and the lady that answered was very polite and patient. She walked me through the process of starting the watch and when it was determined that the watch didn't work she emeditly said she would send me a new watch.They really know how to take care of their customers. And the price was good. 👍

A little smaller than expected. The pictures are a little deceiving. And I thought it would be engraved but it's printed instead. Probably still worth the money.

Ordered for my Dad for Christmas and he seemed to like it. It is a little smaller than his other pocket watches. I requested his name, date and a quote be added and the seller did an amazing job. Looks very nice. I'm writing this review almost two months later and the watch is still working fine.
