It spins
It’s a fan, it’s small, but packs a punch. Just got me through a heat wave in New England in an office with no AC! 10/10

Quiet, 3 speeds, tilts & rotates
Didn't clip onto my monitor. However, I could clip it to a desk tray. It's quiet and has 3 speed choices. I really like being able to tilt & rotate the fans.

Dangerous
The speed controller overheats at anything but the lowest setting. The fan overheated and MELTED and I’m lucky it didn’t start a fire. Garbage, dangerous product.

Great price. Works well. Three speeds. Very surprised this little inexpensive fan works so well.

Did what I needed.
Did what I needed them to on my 2 computer setups. One came broken. The plastic fins were broken and pushed into the blades, but I was able to get some to bend back and broke a couple off to get it to work. Does help with air circulation.
