Perfect pressure in the rainfall and hand held. Easy to install and the finish is everything.

Pro: It installed very easy with clear instructions. The settings are fabulous! The diverter works great. We love this one.Con: The wands bracket to hang it up is stick to the wall top deal. Sadly, It came right off 2 mins after hanging the wand up and now won’t stick. So you’ll need to prepare to get something sturdier or replace the tape someway.All in all, great deal!

We loved this shower head combo and found it was the perfect way for two people to both enjoy a shower and have access to water flow. If you have decent/normal water flow then both heads should put out decent flow/pressure when used at the same time.My issue is with the adhesive piece used to hang the hose attachment. We had to repurchase this whole product because it collapsed after about a month of use and the hose could not be held up appropriately. This happened AGAIN to our second purchase and even after trying to use super glue and then industrial glue it still cannot hold the hose attachment up, meaning we cannot use both heads at once.I would appreciate it if a representative reached out to me to resolve this and I will update this if they do to show that they care about fixing any defective units.

We have a gorgeous bathroom/shower but needed a better shower head... this has changed the shower experience immensely. The gentle rainfall shower is perfect for relaxation and cleansing, and the hand held is awesome for finishing up with the filtered water option. I have noticed that ending the shower with a quick spray with the hand held sprayer has vastly reduced hard water residue on the glass shower walls. I can only imagine that it is doing the same for our bodies and hair. Love this prodcut!

It looked great and worked fine for about 4 months, then the shower head started to bulge, expand, and leak from the nozzles. Informed customer service and they quickly replaced it. New shower head worked fine for about 4-5 months, then started to bulge, expand, and starting to leak. Reached out to customer service a few times now and no response at all. Either faulty design or workmanship. This shower head seems to only last for a few months. Will need to buy from another company.

This showerhead is a game changer. I don't use the filter head much, but will when I have a dog again. Unfortunately the big rain head doesn't have a filter, but it feels AMAZING. every shower is a spa experience. I love being able to get my whole body under the stream of water. Such a good self care investment.

There’s nothing to not love about this shower head. The pressure is awesome. The installation was smooth. The options for movement of the rain forest head is great. I’m going to purchase a couple of more of these for my Son and Daughter to add to their Christmas gifts.
