If you're checking out brazil nuts, you've likely gotten here by researching the high selenium content in them. One or two per day is the recommended dosage. These are organic, so that's a big plus in my book.Been taking for a couple weeks and haven't noticed any changes. Though, some of the purported benefits - slowing cancer, and reducing mercury levels; are not really noticeable.The package says to store in a cool place, but others have said to refrigerate them to maintain freshness.Looks like the bag is going to last a couple months. I'll likely continue and get another bag, but we'll see how I feel next month.

I bought this because I read that brazil nuts are high in selenium a mineral I found that I need. I find that if I eat 3 brazil nuts will provide me with the selenium I need.

I didn't have much expectations when I bought these nuts. Just the average joe nut, right? Well, I have to say I was pretty surprised with the fresh appearance and taste. These are so much better than any I have tried. I will be buying these again!

I have read so much about brazil nuts getting stale as they age that I was hoping to find a "best by" date before I open the package. It may be under the sticker that shows the bar code but it is stuck on with something such that neither I nor my wife have been able to peel it off.

I love brazil nuts. It is my natural way of taking daily dose of selenium. Three nuts daily. That is why I always have these nuts on hand.

I had my doubts, as these were being shipped from Europe (took 8-10 days) and the price was significantly lower than other offerings, but the quality of the product - and the price - are the very best. Fresh, tasty - so good in fact that they bear little resemblance to your average oily brazil nut. A delicious, nutritious bargain!

They are very fresh and have a sweetness to them. Don’t taste rancid.
