Item arrived during the agreed shipping window, was easy to install, and my water is a lot better. Customer support answered my one question promptly.

We've only had the system hooked up for less than a week, but we've already noticed a sigficant improvement in the hardness of our well water (we have incredibly hard well water). When we received the system, the valve was inadvertently not included; however, within 12 hours of sending an email to the seller, we received an apology and were sent the valve via next day air to ensure it arrived before the weekend. Hreat customer service and great system so far.

Very simple system that does what is should without hassle. I have had it in two houses now.
