Review after a month- Product is working fine and humidity readings are close to accuracy. It has 2 modes. 1st is normal and the other one is If you set a humidity range, it works only if the room humidity is below that range. Everything is going well as of now. I felt the outerpart of the body is delicate and company could improve its quality. All other aspects are fine.

Iam really happy to share, when I buy from Amazon this product. It is a true humidifier. The moisture snow was coming like a rain...I give 5 star for this wonderful product.

It stopped working with 20 days of use. and getting no help from customer service. I do not know what is the mean of 1 year warranty when they are not providing the support. they are saying that issue is escalated to technical team, but I am not sure how they are going to help me.Either get back your product or repair it under warranty.

I have purchased many different humidifiers over the years but I really like this one so far. It has a large volume and can last really long in one fill, which is a big time saver and makes it easy to always have the humidifier on. It auto shuts off when it runs out of water which is very effective. My favorite thing about this humidifier is that it is convenient to refill, with its large top fill, it’s no longer a hassle to refill. It can also be adjusted to three different mist levels. And another plus is its clean design, it can be a great addition to any interior look. Overall, great value for a humidifier that can last a long time for daily use.

Easier automated process.

The media could not be loaded.  1. There is a design fault in this. When using level 3 output, given the outlet hole is small for the mist pressure, it creates a moisture near the outlet and also at the floor of device as can be seen in the video and image attached. I thought it was the device fault and got a replacement, wherein even the second one has the same issue which shows the problem is with the design itself.2. The humidity control setting doesn't exactly work, once you set the humidity level device just stays mute. It will only run if the humidity level is set back to 90%+, not how the product video explains.3. Forget this if you want an aroma diffuser. Essential oil aroma is hardly noticeable as the system creates an air pocket through the essential oil holder to push the aroma into the mist which is not affective.4. Stay away from this if you do not have access to RO or purified water. Regular non filtered water will cause issues within few days.

I suffer dry eyes. Therefore, I have to keep high space humidity. With this product I can set humidity setpoint and it cycles on and off to meet the desired setpoint. The 4.5L water tank is enough to last more than 24 hours, I use it all day and all night and I refill every two days. It also indicates actual space temperature and humidity.

the water reservoir is removable and has no bottom. there is no sealing around the lip so once you set it up and add water it's likely to leak. It is impossible to stop the leak because of the lack of a bottom on the reservoir. this is dangerous because the humidifier sits flush with the ground so the water leaking out can get into the electrical. I was shocked and my humidifier is fried. Otherwise, for a short time I got it working without the leak it was good.

I bought this humidifier and it was broken, cause it worked only on 1st speed. I wrote to Reffair support, and they said that they would replace the broken one with a new one….and disappeared for a month. After I wrote them again they said that they can do nothing cause my order number from Amazon hadn’t been approved by them.

Very noisy and bad plastic smelling humidifier, didn’t like it at all. Returned it the same day I bought.
