There are millions of supplements all claiming to have some noticeable effect. One can almost never tell if a supplement is working in 99% of cases. Magnesium l-threonate is an exception. Every person I have recommended this too agrees.No hack will improve your sleep quality better than blue light blocking glasses and magnesium l-threonate. Bar None!

Since I started taking this at night I am sleeping more soundly and longer. I do take a few other supplements with it, but this along with L Theanine seems to be the game changer.

The specific form of magnesium they used work incredibly well and helped alot with my sleep. However i wished there were more servings as this is quite expensive for what you get.

I got these because I ran out of the magnesium glycinate I was taking from a different brand, and found this one was more effective because more is absorbed since it crosses the blood-brain barrier. First of all, the first thing I noticed is there’s an insane amount of powder in the bottle mixed in with the pills. I have purchased many supplements and have not seen this before. It’s to the extent that if you tip the bottle over to get pills out, you will make a mess. So I usually just reached in to grab the pills and my fingers came out covered in powder.I have pretty regular menstrual cycles and this is the only thing I did different in the weeks leading up to the period after I started taking it- it delayed my period by over a week. There’s a lot of people on Reddit saying it happened to them too but it hasn’t been studied enough (shocker I know) so it is not a medically confirmed side effect. I had no issue with the glycinate pills affecting my cycle whatsoever. I gave these to my husband and purchased glycinate again for me (I’ve already had my next period on time btw), and he said the 3 times he has tried taking them he constantly wakes up throughout the night. He has tried taking the glycinate, these, and nothing at all, and the nights he takes these pills are the only time he experiences this terrible sleep.I would personally go with a different brand and it’s pretty unfortunate that Amazon doesn’t allow for returns for supplements because this bottle was pretty pricey and we just wasted that money
