Noticeable quality difference!
I bought this and then another brand to compare the difference and the Sola is noticeably a higher quality. The strap is like a seatbelt material and feels really sturdy and it was really comfortable to wear, for both myself and my child. Easy to use, supportive, and can stick it right in my tote without taking up too much space. And of course, makes a huge difference for carrying my 2yo when they don't want to sit in a grocery store cart! Highly recommend.

Best toddler carrier for your adventurous family
This carrier is great in so many ways. It’s super lightweight and small so it’s not uncomfortable wearing it when your little one isn’t in it. It doesn’t take too much space in your diaper bag since it folds up nicely. Toddler seemed very comfortable and secure in it. Grandparents especially loved it!

Great carrier in a pinch
This baby carrier is a convenient addition to have in your bag, and the fact that it can be packed up into a little pouch is a real plus. The comfortable straps also make it a viable choice for carrying your little one. However, it does have its limitations. I found that it's not as adjustable as I would have liked. When my son was smaller, it had a tendency to dig into his neck, which wasn't very comfortable. I tried twisting it at the bottom to alleviate some of the pressure, and it helped a bit.For me, this carrier is a great backup option to have on hand when you're in a pinch and need to carry your baby. It's certainly better than not having a carrier at all. That said, I wouldn't recommend using it as a primary carrier, especially if you're looking for more adjustability and comfort for your child. It serves its purpose in certain situations, but it's not a one-size-fits-all solution.

Great backup carrier
I already have a Lillebaby carrier as my main carrier with my first, and while it's a good comfortable carrier it's bulky and takes up too much space inside my diaper bag. Unlike my first who was born during the pandemic, I will be more out and about with my second and I need something more portable. So I set out to find a backup carrier that is reasonably priced (doesn't make sense to splurge when I already have a main carrier), compact enough to comfortably fit in my diaper bag, be able to use it for a good while, and comfortable to both my baby and myself. And this fit the billNow, it's certainly not as comfortable to wear or put on as the Lillebaby carrier as it's got thick shoulder and waist paddings, and it probably won't hold up a clingy preschooler comfortably. That being said, I found this carrier to outperform the expectation I had for the price tag and compactness. After all, I can roll it up to take up about 1/4 size of the Lillebaby carrier, it's not really fair to expect the same amount of comfort. The only major downside would be that it's a bit clunky to secure the shoulder strap buckle when I'm carrying my infant in the front and the buckle is located in the upper back. But once it's secured, the carrier is stable, and it's just not a huge enough deal to deduct stars from the rating. Also, I hadn't realized that JJCole is owned by Tomy, which also holds other notable kids/baby brands like Boon. Stop being so shy Tomy, you are a respectable brand that makes nice products, show yourself more!

Better suited for younger children
I had planned on using this sling for my four year old (36 pounds) when we travel to avoid bringing a stroller… while a great concept, it’s definitely better meant for smaller children/true toddlers. We couldn’t get into a comfortable position, and there was some burden on the shoulder after a few minutes of wear around the house. I think this would be better for kids around 2-3 years old, 20-30lb?

Compact
Small and easy to store in diaper bag or large purse. I was worried about it being uncomfortable but it is actually very comfortable for me and my child. Good quality for price.

Easy to use, helps a lot
This sling was easy to use and adjust when switching between myself and my husband. It allows us to hold our toddler longer than we would without it. Would recommend for parents.

Helped somewhat
I got this while anticipating my 3yo could get tired of walking in a large airport. I practiced a few times as home, but when I actually needed to apply it in a real world setting, it wasn’t quite as easy as I’d hoped. Getting her in was fine, but the strap that is supposed to sit across my shoulder would refuse to stay there and kept sliding into my neck, which was painful and hard to readjust without asking for help. Getting her down was much more cumbersome and included completely releasing the tension on the clips, so that the next time I needed her put her in the sling, I had to readjust the tension, but could only reach the one at shoulder level, not the one around my back, which again resulting in an unbalanced ride and resulting in that strap going into my neck. It’s a great concept, but my particular experience with it was difficult since I couldn’t travel with my husband to help with the adjustments on a last minute trip with our child to a funeral. But, when I did get her in it, she said she was comfortable and I was able to use both hands, which was important
