My kid loves it
Bought it for my 11 years old child. Is a smart way to teach kids the importance to take care of someone else. As well as the consequences of neglect. My only remark is about the screen which is not bright enough and is difficult to see the character.

Nostalgic
So precious! I used to have a bunch of Tamagotchis growing up and was saddened when my grandma threw them out or donated them without my knowledge. I was even more distraught once I realized how much they've gone up in price due to inflation! As a pick me up and a nostalgia trip I decided to adopted this one. Definitely exactly as we all remember them. They're not as advanced as newer toys and quite basic but it makes happy just knowing this was one of better parts of my childhood with lots of sentimental value. Not sure if the newer generation would appreciate this toy as much as I do but to me, it was worth the purchase.
