We loved the features of this style of blind and shopped locally until realizing they were out of our budget from the big box stores. We lucked up and found this item and took a chance on ordering a custom blind online.We chose the inside the frame style and measured accordingly. The dimensions were verified through the factory prior to making them.They blinds arrived quicker than expected and we were super excited. We are also super busy so it was ten days before we had the time to open the box and mount. The mounts were super simple and high quality but our frames were a bit wonky. We have a mid 70's ranch with original windows.The blinds roll down from the rear of the roller (1.25" diameter). When reaching the midway point they hit the lower window jamb and continued to the bottom of the window. In it's fully extended position it appeared to bow out at the mid way point. It looked peculiar so we reached out to the factory and they helped find a solution. We were given several options and they always responded to correspondence within 24 hours.My issue was resolved in a satisfactory manner and we are grateful.I would suggest to anyone considering this item for purchase to use an outside the window frame mount. It looks lovely and works great.

I highly recommend these blinds and this company!While I believe the Amazon description could be more informative, the company reached out to me as soon as I placed the order and cleared up the details.In addition to that, I explained exactly what I wanted to do, and they came up with a better solution. Once I received the blinds, they were again available to answer questions (the instructions were a little lacking.) Installation, apart from my custom wiring, took about 15 minutes…very easy and simple.These are really cool blinds, and I’m very happy with them. They fit perfectly and work perfectly.

OMG. A bit pricey. However, the high quality, functionality & appearance of these shades can’t be beat. I will definitely be ordering 7 more of these blinds. They change the whole look of the room. I rarely ever post reviews but, on this particular product I just had to. Would have been a sin not to. I 110% highly recommend this product

I never thought about to make a special order is so easy! Just provide them the actual length and width, and it shows up at your door in about 10 days !The set up is also easy if you follow the instructions right! Strongly recommend!

I agree with other reviewers about this product. The fabric and hardware seem good, as does the single remote. The problem is with the instructions. I think I have a fix. For the inside mount, the middle of the screw hole closest to the back angle should be set back to 3" exactly for the blinds to fit I measured the 3" back from the window opening, placed a mark on the top of the window opening and then used blue tape to get a straight line. I made some pilot holes at the edge of the blue tape where I wanted to place the bracket, then lined up another screw hole and placed another pilot hole. The alignment was perfect and after installing the screws and brackets, it became a fairly easy job, if you like going up and down ladders, again and again... This is my 5th install of a zebra and they do get easier. This is the first time i used the tape trick.

The media could not be loaded. These zebra style motoraized smart blinds were exactly what I wanted and expected. I was very happy with the quality and production as well as price and value. Ordering was easy and they were produced in 3 business days and delivered in less 10 days. They work exactly as expected and with one multichannel remote I can control all 3 separately or in tandem. The remote allows 3 custom preset favorite positions. You can also use the remote to teach a broadlink hub the commands , and then link your broadlink hub to your Amazon or Google home devices to control your blinds with Alexa/Google Assistant etc. The manufacturer was great in responses to my questions durring setup and even helped me resolve an issue with some squeaking when first using. They needed a little bit of lubricant in one of the rollers , which was a very easy to apply thanks to the instructions they sent me. These really are lovely despite being a bit louder than expected , but no motoraized blind is going to be whisper quiet at this price point. They open and close fully in 30 seconds at 56” high , it’s short lived minor noise. I highly recommend these. The instructions for pairing the blinds with the remote and broadlink could be a little confusing if you are not technical but the functionality works great once set up.

These are the absolute worst! I spent ~$2200 to get three rooms done. Two of the blinds came sized incorrectly but trying to get the seller to do anything is pretty much useless. He just burns the return time out making you feel like he's trying to fix the problem. The bigger issue however is that out of the ten blinds I ordered, 3 motors are completely dead within 3 months. If I could ever get the seller to warranty these (which probably isn't going to happen) they will only send me a new motor so I have to disassemble the blinds and swap out the motor myself.Let's just say you get lucky and don't have them send you the wrong size or have motor failures. Don't worry there's always the fact that the units forget limits at least once a month. The fun thing is if you don't catch it, it can rip the shade right off of the attachment points.Do yourself a favor. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

I had one problem with the shade because it was delivered with a remote that wasn't the one above. It took me awhile and a note to the seller to sort it out but once we did, it is great!Note to seller: Make it easier on the customer and make sure the remote and how to pair are clear. It really took longer to install than it should only because the directions for pairing were not clear....great product though......
