Easy Peasy
It is simple to use and relatively painless. You can build up your biceps in a few short weeks and it is easy to pack for use during vacations. I love it!

Easy to use, but of little value
The unit is easy to use and set up and requires no instructions. Sad part one is that the unit came with only two resistance bands instead of three and there's no way to contact a company to get the third one. Sad part two is that the yellow band broke within a month. CHEAP RUBBER. You can buy replacement bands, but why do they break so easily and need replacing so quickly? The product is made in China. BEWARE!!

Easy to use!
I like how you can fold it and put it in your carry on bag! You feel it instantly. If your a lil on the lazy side . You can lay in bed and do this. On the sofa watching a movie.
