No instructions!
Good price but some people need directions. No instructions on how to hook together and nothing on line

Inferior brand
Bands eventually break. The last time I needed a replacement, the brand I'd purchased twice before was no longer available. I bought these because they were cheap and I'm sorry I did. The material is inferior. It is too stretchy and doesn't offer the necessary resistance. These bands are also longer than my previous ones, which makes them useless for overhead and floor-level exercises.

These are great!
I love these resistance bands. There are a variety of activities you can do with them and the price can’t be beat.

These bands are the best
These resistance bands are perfect for any home gym. They come with everything needed to work out multiple parts of your body. The bands range from 50lbs to 10 lbs and are stackable to create 150lbs of resistance. They are color coded and come with different attachments. What’s perfect with this is the amount of space needed to store. You can do bicep curls, lat pull downs, squats and leg extensions all with one piece of equipment is amazing. Band training is a great way to get a solid workout in with minimal space and equipment.

Just okay
I bought this set to supplement my weightlifting setup. Despite having a lat tower, some exercises were difficult to perform so I thought these bands would be the perfect addition. My main issue is that the resistance feels quite different from other bands I've used. For example: I set up to do a chest fly starting with the 30 lb band. The first rep felt quite promising however , all the following reps were decidedly easier. I had to play around with different bands/distances finally settling on the 50 lb strap. Small differences in setup (distance, positioning) can have a very large effect on the resistance level. In every case there was a drop off in resistance after the first stretch. I think they'll be useful but not as much as I'd hoped.

Great Resistance Bands
These are awesome! They come as advertised, with several different levels of resistance. My husband likes the green because they have the highest level, but it makes it so much easier to exercise at home with interchangeable bands. I can use the ones I like and he can use what he likes, and they attach to the same hand grips. I like this kind better than the ones without. There's a carry bag that all the pieces can go in and I'm fairly new to exercising often, so the instruction booklet that was included was helpful for me.
