Really like this heating pad. It heats up nicely, not cumbersome and lightly padded works great for my needs.

This heating pad gets quite hot on its highest setting. Almost uncomfortably hot but this is good for that deep seated pain.

Heats well and strong. Works amazing.

This thing cooks! It’s large and In charge, I love it. The size makes this so nice to use, more of a blanket and less of a loin clothe haha. Ok maybe not that big (that’s what she said) but it’s bigger than your standard heating pad. It covers my back and other areas very well and I’m a 6’4” monster. It’s durable and well made, with nice materials. Comes with a pretty nice carry bag, and the (remote?/controller) heat adjustment thingy is clear and easy to read and simple to use. Just be wary it does get warm! I can’t go above a level 2. And I believe there is 5! So watch your organs! Don’t go boiling your insides.

_I've just received the heating pad and have only short term experience._So far, so good!_The Body Side of the heating pad is shown to be of "Graphene". I'm not certain if this is a fabric technology, an electric heating technology, or both._The power cord, with the integral Sunbeam 4 step heat selector, has a common 2 conductor polarized plug with Hot and wider Neutral plug spades. Strangely, the removable cord, at pad, is of non-polar reversable design which calls into question the need for the polarized power plug._The non-polar pad-end of the power cord has already come loose and fallen apart 1X. The concern is that the connection could become just partially separated and run hot due to a poor connection._I plan to wrap a couple of turns of common electrical tape at the power cord-to-heating pad connection to insure a positive connection._Otherwise, the heating pad meets my expectations, needs, and approval._One last note. The 2 hour Auto-Off feature is similar to other Sunbeam heating pads. The concave design, of the Big-Button Heat Selector, is less likely to be accidentally bumped OFF / ON as it drags the side of the bed, chair, or floor., Randall

Gave this 3 stars as it is suppose to be a "king size", not really seeing the "king" in the size of this for the very high price. It works fine, has warm, low, medium, and high setting. Auto shuts off in 2 hours. You can wash it, but it needs to fully dry on its own per instructions. Would prefer if you could simply take off the cover and wash it, but you can't. You need to unplug it and the plug insert gets washed with it. Very disappointed that it is not wider.

I have tried so many heating pads since theyve gone to the new fabric kind and none got hot enough to actually help. This one does!

I have purchased several other Sunbeam models and this particular model by far is the least warm evening on the highest 4th setting and also the most unreliable since tempt switch shuts off easily with some wiggling. In addition, they made the button on the tempt switch so large that you also end up accidentally hitting it as you rollover while lying down or move a pillow on it. It was sadly the most expensive worst purchase. I had to throw it out and only had about three months of usage out of it. I'm sticking to the other models.
