We love this remote! Hopefully my fur baby doesn’t chew this one up. Better yet hopefully I don’t fall asleep on the couch again and give him the chance to chomp chomp!! This remote is exactly the same as the one that came with our tv when we bought it. The responsiveness is quick with no lag, the set up was as easy as clicking two buttons at the same time and waiting 3 seconds. No mess trying to find the right codes and all that nonsense. Loved the set up process, so easy and fast. I ordered it and it arrived at my door in less than 24 hours, for free!! I honestly believe that this remote will last as long as my other one, or longer hopefully. We had the last remote for over 2 years and only due to my dog did it quit working. The value for money is good considering those other replacements may be half the price but they’re junk… don’t take my word for it, read the countless, honest 1 & 2 star ratings. I’m so happy with this purchase. 10/10 highly recommend, would buy again for sure! Thanks for reading - tootles!

This was my third remote since dropping my original in my coffee cup. I tried two other look a likes from after market manufacturers. Those worked great for a week or two then they were a pain! This OEM unit has worked without an issue for three weeks now! 😁I am so glad to pay $40 for something that works.

It works great and easy to use without pointing towards the TV. Had to order the replacement as the buttons were not as raised but connectivity was it was great. Worthe the price

This is a great replacement remote for Samsung TVs. It’s exactly like the original one. This is my second time ordering this remote from here. When my son started walking he must have thrown our original remote in the garbage can because we could never find it & he was always throwing stuff away. We ordered a replacement from here & it was perfect. A couple of weeks ago I dropped it in a cup of water on accident & had to order another one. Works perfectly. I definitely reccomend

I have purchased 2 other so called Samsung remotes over the last year+. They worked for a couple of months then the buttons started to fail intermittently.This unit is labeled as OEM Samsung. It is more expensive but if I add the cost of the failed units and my frustration of unreliable equipment I would recommend this unit.Only had it for a week so things may change. Its was for my UN65MU9000 Samsung

This is the second replacement remote control I have purchased in the last six months. This is an initial review based on first impressions and written 5/27/21. I will add more information once I have more experience but it seems to work so far (but so did the last one at first!).I tried another product despite the large number of one star reviews because of the low price. This time I also included the service insurance so I may get to check both choices. One suspicious point is that the product comes with no instructions. Fortuately I have the instructions from the previous replacement that failed after three months. It is also odd that the box claims the product is made in Indonesia while the product is stamped "Made in China." Maybe that was referring to the box and not the product!For now, with fingers crossed...

Exact replacement for the Samsung remote that our dog destroyed and was dropped more times than I can count. Also purchased a case for this one.Easy to sync with TV - just put batteries in and that seemed to be it.

As advertise. Would of earn 5 stars, but $50 for a basic remote in todays market is high and over priced. Labled smart remote but nothing smart about. Marketing gimmick, consider other devices labeled smart can do and process a lot more. Sure you can press the microphone and speak basic phrases, but response time is so slow its just as fast or faster to press the control button. Often with better accuracy. Other item holding back from 5th star, received notes package was delivered and it wasnt. Led me to believe i was potentially a victim of porch piracy. Two days later it arrived in the mail.. otherwise it works as advertise
