I have half mane coons and they need clipped on the back legs ....This clipper is OK ..Noise level is low and they where ok with it all ....Just remember that you clip close to the skin don't try and drag through coat and i also shaved the back of my husbands neck cause i lost his charging cord and worked prefect for humans :-)

Quiet, easy to use, & long battery life. She 17 years old and doesn't want to be bothered with grooming anymore. This is great because she doesn't freak out when I groom her. I didn't think I could love a cat clipper so much, but I do!

Thumbs up. The guards are too big to get at the matted fur. Removing the guards, there is a metal guard which helps but I still nicked her skin when she moved, and I hit at an angle, causing a drop of blood and now she does not trust me. Not very noisy. Easy to use. Impossible to remove the metal guard clip as instructions state is supposedly an option. Great usage time. Charges well, not too long. No regrets on this purchase. Really did a great job getting through this thick long heavy fur. Took multiple runs in a single spot but I knew that going in and was prepared. We tackled the issue over a few days and alternated with scissors just to reduce the trauma. Once she calmed down, we used fragrance free cat wipes and warm water, and managed to wash her butt. No more stink! Almost no problem cleaning it. Was able to wash the feces off metal guard clip with soap and water using gravity to keep the water away from the unit itself, since I was unable to remove the metal guard, and no electrical issues. Pleased with the outcome. Working on desensitization training once a week now.

I was disappointed in these clippers.As U can see from the pic. my cat is very fluffy! She had some nots that these clippers couldn’t take out!

I brush my cat Multiple times a week and she had about 4 small matted spots on her. She is extremely scared of loud noises. She however loves to be brushed. I slowly interpreted her to the shaver and the sound. I was beyond shocked when she allowed me to use them on her. I definitely recommend for your shy kitty and it removed the matted hair with out hurting her at all. Did take a little bit of working it through, but all in all I was pleased got the job done.

These clippers stopped working after I shaved a stripe off my cat's back. They say they are 98% charged, but will not turn on. Extremely disappointing. The first time I got them to restart after a few minutes, but again they stopped after a minute and now I can't get them to start clipping at all.Sadly they seemed good for the first minute. They were very quiet and my cat didn't mind being shaved at all.

My cat actually didn't mind these clippers. They are less noisy than traditional clippers. It has adjustable length and power. Worked great cutting the matts out of my long haired cat.

Purchased this item to groom my long-haired ragdoll cat. This purchase did not meet my expectations. The clippers do not cut through the fur as easily as described. I DO like that this clipper has a charging attachment. That is a plus. The noise level is low and did not seem to bother my fur baby.
