Incredibly useful guide

But, the best part of this is all of the recipes that are included. When we think of canned food we often believe that we are sacrificing taste and quality for something that we can have readily at hand. But, that is not the case. This book gives you all of the recipes and ideas that you will need to be able to prepare lots of canned food that is delicious and ready when you need it.

I found it extremely entertaining and useful.Highly recommended for people who spend a lot of time in the kitchen.

Practical and interesting
“WATER BATH CANNING & PRESERVING COOKBOOK FOR BEGINNERS”, by Byron Fischer and Laura Garrett, is a well organised and clear guide with mouthwatering recipes. I think it would be a good idea to add images to the recipes to make the book more entertaining. Anyways, I think the content is interesting and kwing how to conserve canned food is practical. This is a good way to enjoy any type of food at any time of the year. I would recommend this book without hesitation.

So good for beginners!
This is so good for beginners! It’s a very informative book with a detailed guide about canning techniques and a bunch of recipes you can use after you know the basics. There are enough recipes to last you years, to say the least. My favorite so far is onion marmalade; so delicious. A few of them also turned out really good, but of course, I didn’t get to test most of them. The recipes are clearly written and straightforward, you can’t go wrong, and the authors thought of every step. It’s clearly a well-written recipe book; if you’re curious about canning, give it a go.

Cookbooks have rarely been written better
This book is a must-read for all those beginners in the world of cooking. The book describes many easy recipes with proven tricks to store the food in cans keeping the taste as good as new when opened. It tells us the ways through which one can easily pressure can the food. It gives us obvious and easy-to-follow preservation techniques.I must say that every recipe mentioned in the book is unique and delicious. Anyone who finds problems storing their food must go through this book once as it truly helps. Loved the book!

A Great Guide on Canning
The book educates on a wide variety of canning that includes simple fruit and vegetable canning to making pickles, jams, spreads, and chutneys. The recipes are easy and well explained.
