Defective lights !!
I purchased these lights for my livingroom. They are the same as the ones I have in my den. The first thing I did was plug the USB into the back of the TV and realized the lights weren't on so I figured I needed to download the app for that. I finished sticking the lights to my TV, downloaded the app .. NOTHING. I even thought maybe it was my USB port on my TV so I unplugged it & tried it on my lamp .. STILL NOTHING. The lights were defective.

Got these for 5 kids bedrooms and very easy to use and place. Get the 100ft and reuse on next room.

Fantastic
This item is a steal for the price. I've tried a bunch of different brands and this one was killer. The #1 feature in my opinion is the corner sections, brilliant! Why is this the only brand I've tried that thought to improve on the bending corners?? All the others either just fell off after an hour or literally snapped while trying to adhere behind the TV which is pretty ridiculous considering they are made for tvs. The adhesive is simply perfect, the light sections are perfect and the price is perfect.I definitely love the phone app, which isn't needed but fun to use. Other rubber line brands do have a brighter color pallet, but either break or don't stick. These are just fine. Give this item a try for sure.

Looks great, pain to set up
Took forever to get everything set up, well over an hour just trying to connect the lights to the app. Install only took 10 minutes but the app is ridiculous. Had to change wireless router to 2.4, reset everything and restart app to finally get everything to connect. Once everything was connected it works good, set it to extreme and really pops...

Do not waste your money
These lights do not work with remote or when you download the app! They only comes on while tv is on and cannot change color or settings they were put on a 75inch tv the only reason it wasn’t returned is because I have to pay $50 everytime the tv is taken down so I’m reporting these lights are defective.
