I bought these for my Mother after trying out a few different and more expensive brands. They certainly hold a lot of urine and prevents a wet bed every morning. She doesn't especially find them too comfortable but she hasn't found any of the pull up pants comfortable(she has Alzheimer's). They are very reasonably priced and will hopefully last a while.

Excellent very comfortable especially as my husband has oedema in his groin area. Tried to repeat the ones used in hospital, and these came the nearest. Tena products are badly designed and overpriced, but they have a monopoly on the High street chemists. So recommend people who need this product change to these.

Very well made pants. Soft gusset padding so moulds to the body, much more practical. Whoever designed these truly knew what they were doing. Capacity is great, fully secure + trustworthy, even overnight. Much better + more comfortable than Tenapants.

Although these fit well and perform their function very well, they have left my mother with marks on the skin around the outside of her thighs the colour of beetroot and a nasty raw rash in the groin area. We shan’t be buying these again.
