TileSport (2017) - 1-pack - Discontinued by Manufacturer

Getting old is not fun, my memory is not what it used to be and a few times I've misplaced my keys and I have ended up looking for them for hours. Then I heard about the Tile system. Over the weekend I purchased the Tile Sport, with the longer range and water proofing, and I figured I give it a try. Setting up is very easy, all you have to do is download the app and follow the instructions once the app is downloaded. It took me less than 3 minutes. As far as the reviews that Tile is getting regarding terrible customer service I have to give them 5 Stars. While renaming my Tile I accidentally "deleted" it from my phone and when I tried to reinstall it kept telling me that the Tile was already active and I could not reinstall, I panicked. I contacted Tile customer service via Live Chat and in less than one minute I was texting with Maiq. He was very courteous and professional during our "conversation". He not only solved my problem, but provided very useful pointers on the use and settings of the Tile. It turns out that I didn't delete the Tile I just hid it and he showed me how to unhide it.The bottom line is that so far I am giving Tile 5 Stars. The Tile works as expected/solves my problem finding my keys and my experience with their customer service so far, contrary to other reviews, is as good or better than other companies I have dealt with in the past.

I have a longer review under the tile pro 4-pack, but I purchased this particular one when it was on sale and I couldn’t decide whether or not it was worth buying the four pack for $100. It really only took a feeling the quality of this product and playing with it for an hour to realize how much this was going to make my life easier and purchased the tile pro 4-pack. Even before I went blind, and even though I installed a hook by the front door to hang my keys, I was always the person who would put my keys down on the desk, on the bar, on the nightstand, the bathroom counter, or four more fun, inside my coat pocket and before I could leave the house I had to search every favorite spot to find my keys, and my wallet, and my cane, but now in seconds I can find everything I need with my phone, which I lost a lot also, or my smart speaker. Speaking of forgetting where I placed my phone, I can use the smart speaker to find my phone or any tile and it will ring my phone even when it is on vibrate or do not disturb. If you are someone, or you have someone in your life who is always losing their keys or wallet, this will make life so much easier and a lot less stressful, not to mention the time it will save There are many other features to this product line such as the sport has a longer Bluetooth range,and louder speaker, but they all have a one year battery guarantee and access to the Tile community, which means if your wallet falls out of your pocket at the store or in a restaurant, and if anyone else with the tile app is within range of your tile, it will let you know where your device is. I understand that typically gift giving us during holidays or birthdays, but because this is such a great product for those who need it, don’t wait to make their life better.

Purchased the Tile Sport 4-Pack, and I am thrilled with the product. Very easy to connect and install, these Tiles are indeed very useful. I have put one in each of the items that I am afraid of losing - 1. Laptop bag; 2. Keys; 3. Wallet; 4. Workout backpack. I have the iPhone X, and have downloaded the Tile App from the App Store, and named each of the Tiles for what they are being used for.What's nice about these Tiles is that they seem to work really well. You can ring the Tiles from your phone, or vice versa. When the tile that is attached to any item is not within your immediate vicinity, the view on the phone of the Tile App will clearly tell you that, as in the attached pic. The Backpack right now is not near me, and the pic shows that with the address of where it was last seen. Am very stoked with this product, especially with the ease of mind of not losing stuff, potentially being able to recover lost or stolen stuff, and finding your items when they are simply misplaced around the house or office. Definitely one of the better purchases I have made so far on Amazon !!!

I Purchased a four pack. I installed one of the tiles for myself on my iPhone last night. It worked great. However this morning it doesn’t work. I went through the technical support frequently asked questions. Didn’t help. My Tile has power, my phone is telling me it’s nearby, but neither device will ring the other. I’m finding it almost impossible to contact customer service. They say they have a chat. But the icon never shows up. I’m gonna give it 24 hours, to see if they answer my email inquiry. I’ll update my Review after that. Update on the review, I did get a response within 24 hours. Which is what they agreed to. I subsequently googled and found out that I had to shut my Bluetooth off, for 30 seconds, and turn it back on. That worked. Not on the website. And it also turned my airplane mode on my phone, which was a problem But the product works as described. So for starters not my original two

I own 20+ Trackr Bravo key finders. I purchased 10 but they accidentally sent me two shipments. They're worthless. Long story short, their company is terrible, their support is terrible, and their product fails in 1-2 months of light use. It's not durable and the electronics were hijacked from an old bluetooth headset.I originally didn't like the Tile because of how they ignored Android for years, and how you couldn't find the phone from the Tile. But they've fixed both of those issues. The Sport feels great in the hand and is right at home next to my fancy car keys. The materials and design are excellent. It's loud enough to actually be heard when lost in the couch cushions. The software is FAST and responsive, both ways. I've only used it a few times but it's miles ahead of the competition.Really solid device, definitely worth it. I wish the battery was user replaceable, but I'll settle on that when the rest of the device is this good.

Funciona perfecto, se sincroniza con mi celular y si tengo mis llaves puedo localizar mi cel rápidamente

Sono già proprietaria di un tile pro, e son rimasta pienamente soddisfatta de tile sport. Sono arrivati in un a confezione perfetta, come al solito, di Amazon. Facili da installare, app perfetta per tenere traccia dei tuoi movimenti e ritrovare facilmente gli oggetti persi.

Acheté pour pouvoir localiser les doudous de mes enfants !Ça a bien fonctionné... Un mois.Puis une pile à faiblie, je l'ai changé... Déjà 4 fois !Puis une autre tuile à perdue l'apairage.Puis une dernière son volume...Bref je suis plutôt déçue...
