The different color flames are beautiful. It also gives off heat.

This unit has the most realistic flame pattern I have seen and this was the third unit I have installed. By far the best one and ironically it was the least expensive one I have used as well.

We could not be happier with this product. It was easy to install, looks great, functions great. It was one of the only ones I found in the size we needed that included both logs and crystals so you could use either display. Also, the dimensions are perfect, some of the LED fireplaces are too high and the flame only comes halfway up the display space. On this one the ratio is perfect. Highly recommended.

The media could not be loaded. I really didn't ex pect this to look this good. I passed on the standard 'install below tv' direction (since I see those as two separate events/moods) and made a little nook. Hint for anyone with Alexa; ask her to play fireplace sounds. That is what I'm doing with the included video. It just adds the perfect finishing touch to the simularcrum.

I love the different flame patterns, and also that you can change from the logs to river rock.Can't wait til fall then I can enjoy the heat

The instructions are a bit basic. The fireplace is nice. My wood piece arrived with a crack in it. Instead of going through the hassle of returning, I asked the seller to ship me just a new wood piece, but I was informed they couldn't due to freight and given a $20 credit. The heat is warm, but I feel it takes a little while to get the room cozy. The fire looks great. The remote is finicky and you have to have to pointed just so to actually get the fireplace settings to work which can be annoying. Overall, it's a decent fireplace for the money

Ok so I left a review that was short cuz I had no time...It's so hard to pick from these fireplaces. There are the super expensive ones that are truly gorgeous We but nearly $7000 dollars !!!!!! Our budget did not let us even ponder that...There are the super cheap ones that look flimsy and bad fireeffects. We really were afraid to by this fireplaces item site unseen. Fasst forward to installing it .. It was easy!When we were turning it on for the first time!Damm! It was gorgeousWe love this so much5 stars
