Cant be more excited about this fountain ! Super quite , not pike the one i had before , impressive quality materials. Spare filters available on market. Xiaomi as usually delievers top product for low price. Love it

Excellent product
very quiet, simple to set up, and delivers phone notifications when water levels are low. I would have give this a better rating if not for the fact that the filters are not available in UAE and no alternatives are available online

Don't Order From Here
The unit continues to turn the water YELLOW. At first, I thought it just needed running through, but it's been 3 weeks now and it still continues. I went to the authorized seller @Burjaman (who sells for 250AED) and they confirmed the issues I am having at not common.Don't waste your time here. Buy via the authorized re-seller.

Excellent product .Always check your Wi Fi
Excellent ProductI have read that some people complain that it stop working .This happens when your wi fi connection has been interrupted .Just reset it on the Mi Home app .It is not a product failure .

Goede fontein mijn katten zijn er dol op. Makkelijk schoon te maken en bij te vullen. Wel zorgen dat de contactpunten goed droog zijn anders werkt hij niet. En met een 2.4 ghz wifi netwerk verbinden anders kan hij offline gaan.

İt's not working.when ı bought ı use it just a week and than it stoped working. And it never start working again.
