SL002 Teal and Light Green Woven Sling Vinyl Mesh Outdoor Furniture Fabric by The Yard

I used this to replace sling chair fabric. This fabric is way more comfortable, and look great. I didn't expect the comfort change. I don't know if the old fabric was just too old, but I'm happy with my purchase.

This fabric is perfect for outdoor use. I used it to redo some old garage sale chairs my husband painted. The paint was flaking off so it was time for new slings. I loved the subtle design and the versatility of colors it paired well with. The material is plastic so it lasts forever outside and doesn't stay wet long when it rains. You will want to order the thread for outdoor use and some heavier needles for your machine. It is not the easiest to work with since it is thick and stiff but worth the effort in the end. It also does not stretch real well so take that into account if you are redoing sling style chairs. You will need to cut your sling quite a bit larger than the one you replace.

I used these to redo six aluminum sling chairs. My chair rails are held together at the top by another welded in rail, so replacement was a bit of trick, but the material went in fine, seems durable and looks great. And it saved me a few hundred bucks.

Very happy with the look and quality of this fabric it cut’s nice with regular scissors and used a singer heavy duty sewing machine and the needle that came on it with no problem. Great product I’ll definitely be buying again.

We used this material to update the seats for our patio chairs. The weave is tight and the seats have a lot of strength. It cut easily with a utility knife and were able to fold over for sewing hems and sleeves for the cording.

Liked that the chairs all looked and felt great. Didn't like how hard it was to install.
