this probiotic/prebiotic has changed my bathroom habits. I no longer have any issues and will continue to take this medication on a regular basis. I've tried eating fermented foods, yogurt etc however I think that enteric coating is necessary for me to have the probiotic make it through the stomach acid and these do.

This seems to be a good quality probiotic blend so far.- Capsules are easy to swallow- No odd aftertaste or ill effects- Price/Value is very good- Label has non-GMO stamp and claims 3rd party lab tested (however I haven't seen the COA yet)I haven't had any problem taking these, but I'm only giving 4 stars for now until I have a chance to view a COA from the company for this product. If/when I receive that, I'll revise my review accordingly.

While this probiotic is not the most potent or has the highest strain diversity, it provide a solid formulation at a great price. Each serving (which is 2 caps) provides 20 billion CFUs of 8 different strains, and includes a prebiotic (inulin). That's a respectable formulation for a probiotic, and a lot better than what is usually offered at this price point.The strains are identified on the bottle, and consist mostly of Lactobacillus strains (with one Bifidobacterium strain). I very much like that the concentration of each strain is also indicated (2.5 billion of each strain per serving). While the bottle indicates they are packaged and lab tested in the US, it does not provide any info as to the country of manufacture (which I assume is not the US).The cost for a 60 cap bottle (1 month supply) is very good for a probiotic with this formulation. I'd rate the overall value as excellent.A decently formulated probiotic at an excellent price. Five stars.

My wife and I take a probiotic each day. We're not doctors, but we do consult with our docs each year at our checkups. Going over our supplements with our docs is very helpful, because they've offered wise advice each time. And we're mentioning that as a recommendation for other customers: Check with your docs as you develop your plan for supplements. For us, we've come to the conclusion that a probiotic is good for us.We really can't evaluate the chemistry of a supplement like this. We pretty much have to take the ingredients at the face value of the label.What really impresses us is the price on Amazon for this month's supply. We're used to seeing a month's supply priced significantly higher in stores around our home. So, we're likely to be repeat customers for this brand.

I failed to see or feel any benefit from this product.

I was having gut problems and my doctor asked me to start taking probiotics daily. She suggested I start with a lower dose and work up slowly to a higher dose to avoid a painful gut reaction. I have built up to this level and like that I can now double them. My gut health has certainly improved and I feel so much better.One key I'm learning is to feed the good bacteria in the probiotics with increased fiber. Other than initial gut discomfort when I first started, I have had nothing but good results from taking these, and actually, that initial discomfort was a very good thing - it meant the probiotics were working!

I was apprehensive about straying from my usual probiotic but I thought it would be good to mix it up and give this a shot. So far I’m pleased with this probiotic. It does everything I expect from a probiotic (regularity, immune health and keeping the digestive system working). Also, they are easy to swallow and I believe they don’t require refrigeration. Lastly, I’m pleased that these capsules are vegetarian. For some reason vegetarian probiotics aren’t that common.

If you're thinking--but do they work? They definitely do! I'm new to probiotics, but I can tell you what they've done for me.I'm a 50+ year old male, and I've battled bloating for several years now. Since I started taking probiotics much of the bloating and stomach pain is gone. I don't feel like I'm about to pop after a meal and my stool time is much more productive. I'm a believer in probiotics and I've recommended them to my family. So I will certainly recommend them to you.
