I’m breastfeeding my six-week-old son and decided to try this supplement. It has similar ingredients to the tea I’ve used previously. It has kept my milk supply up and is easy to take. The capsules aren’t too large and have a pleasant herb smell. Definitely recommended for breast-feeding moms!

I've been exclusively breastfeeding my son for 4 months now. I'm definitely no overproducer but I generally can pump an extra bottle daily. Lately, on demand feedings have increased and I was struggling have extra to pump. I've went back to work part time and I want him to have breastmilk while I'm away. I started taking this milk support and by day 4, I was seeing a good little boost. I had been able to pump 2 extra bottles per day. This made in incredibly happy! Then my entire household got the flu but I continued to take this. As much as I didn't want to take any medicine, I had to be be able to function and to my surprise my supply never dropped this entire time. I definitely think it was due to this milk support. I appreciate the clean ingredients, no artificial colors or flavors, dairy-free as well. You take two capsules daily, I would say they are medium sized.

I'm exclusively breastfeeding my 9 month old and have been feeling like she wasn't getting enough during a growth spurt. Thought these would be worth a try. Since I don't pump, I don't know exactly that they have helped my supply, but my daughter seems satisfied. It is a comfort to know I have something that can support my body as I support my daughter. The taste is not great. It tastes very herb-y- which makes sense, but thankfully it doesn't seem to linger. Worth a try.

I am breastfeeding my baby. I felt my supply was going down and I was not getting much during my pump sessions at work. I got worried and decided to try these. I have been taking them for 2 weeks now and my supply has upped a lot! I went from pumping 2 ounces to pumping 6 plus ounces each session! I am super happy and would recommend this product. Easy to swallow and does not have a lingering after taste like other supplements.

I didn't notice an increase or decrease in supply with using this product. I was slightly concerned about one of the ingredients...fenugreek, which causes some to have decreases in supply. While I was happy to not experience that, I'm not sure that I'd use this product again as it didn't seem to benefit me. It came wrapped in a bubble mailer which I appreciated given the glass bottle.

Desperate to get my milk supply I finally caved and got a milk supply supplement. Just after 2 days of use baby and I were breaking out in hives…2 urgent care visits later and this was the only change to our daily routine. Fenugreek one of the main ingredients causes hives/rash. Everyone is different but Please be careful!

I started taking Mama Bird Milk Support a few months into breastfeeding my baby when I went back to work and had to start pumping. I was a bit skeptical but really blown away by the difference this support has made. I had no supply issues while nursing but do not love pumping and was nervous about a drop in supply. When I took the Mama Bird support in the morning, I pumped more milk than days when I did not take it. I also try to start slow on supplements to see how my body reacts, so I only took 1 pill instead of 2 the first time. I was actually surprised by the difference and how immediate it was on the first day that I took it - an extra ounce than normal a few hours after taking the first time. I only take this on work days when I pump because it is a bit pricey. I have not noticed any adverse affects from the supplement. I would definitely recommend.

My milk supply has been declining and I didn’t want to supplement her with formula if I didn’t need to. I tried this milk support. I think its working. It’s hard to say because I don’t drink a lot of water, so that doesn’t help my milk supply either. I will continue to take the supplement and see if my milk supply continue to go up.
