The media could not be loaded.  No fancy EQ system, once paired with phone/tablet it will reconnect when you take them out of the case. Very good sound isolation and the shape of the ear bud body will sit snug in the outer ear. I connected it up to my tablet and phone and sound from the bud is clear but lack strong bass.answering phone call and online conferencing with MS teams is straight forward, the button on the ear bud is a physical type with a confirm click when button is pressed.

The ear bud case is extremely compact, very narrow and I like that as it fits neatly in the top pocket of a denim jacket and we know how small these wee pockets are.My old pair of ear buds constantly turns off at the slightest touch which I find very annoying, but these don't. If you touch your hair or ear and accidentally touch them, they stay on.It says they are noise cancelling, I'm unsure how this feature works when wearing earbuds as the actual earbud fills the ear hole, but at the moment I'm sitting in a room with the TV on, 2 teens chatting and a dog running about, not listening to anythin and the sound of the room is very dull (might wear them more often just to block out the family noise).Now I'm listening to music in the same environment and I can't hear the family at all, only the music.They sound great, not tinny.However the base. The base is excellent!!!I also listen to audiobooks and these earbuds make the books clear and precise, no back ground hissing.Battery life seems pretty good too, have used them a few times still on the original charge so that's pretty good.They also paired pretty easy and remain so too.I would say distance you can walk without your phone is a good 30 feet enough for me to pop through the kitchen from the living room, and still be connected.The only downside I can find and believe me I've tried is 2 small things, the instructions should you need them are in the tiniest writing, miniscule, I think a QR would be better and lastly would prefer that the charger was a C one as most of all my other chargers are C's so feel that the D charger is a wee bit outdated.Other than that, I can't actually fault these at all.

The earbuds are controlled by pressing the MFB (multi-function button). However, it is so hard to press that it is painful to use the button while wearing them.My sample was faulty. They should switch on when removed from the case and switch off when replaced but this did not work. Switching on and offer required both MFBs to be pressed for 3 and 5 seconds respectively. They should also start charging when returned to the case but this only worked when the case was connected to a USB power supply so the battery in the case could not be used away from a power source.

Excellent product. Was bought as a gift for my partner and he is in awe of them. Never had wireless earbuds before, and he cannot stop using them. Also great to have the battery usage on the box. That's really helpful.

Be aware that charging cable is micro USB which is a bit outdated technology and I really straggling to insert it in to the charging base station. I had same type of USB port on my previous earbuds and it is failed so this is the reason I had to purchased new one. They did not mention this in description. Will see how long it will last.

Not Noise Canceling as described!!! No active canceling is available, passive reduction only, ie it is quieter because you have something stuffed in your ear!! That’s it!. Potentially false advertising, misleading definitely.

So good and great value for money

better products out there for the price, can’t stop audio by touching the buds like most can, and a very bad connection issue. Will just randomly disconnect
